Burgh, as fixed by the said Act of Parliament — Polling-
place, at or near the crossing of Rose street and Thistle street
northward from Union Place.
Fifth Ward oa District Comprehending those parts of the
Parish of Old Machar which are situated between the Den-
burn on the south, and the river Don on the north. — Polling-
place, at or near the Town-house of Old Aberdeen.

Victual.
1. For each Chalder of Victual brought into this Burgh and Port
thereof, by Sea, Bell Custom, 2§d, and for the Toll Measure thereof,
.3 d, in all 6d (Bear, Barley, Wheat, and Flour being exempted).
2. Each Boll of Malt coming to this Burgh for sale, whether
ground at the Town's Mills or not, Bell Custom, CUd, and for Toll,
^d, in all, 4d.
3. Each Load of Meal or Sids, containing 6 firlots, coming to
this Burgh to be sold, Custom, 3od, Housemaill, Id, and for
Weights, I'd, in all, 6d ; the peck of Sids being reckoned at the
weight of 12 lbs, and larger quantities in proportion. (All to be
paid at the Customers' Stations.)
4. All Meal, being Lairds' Farms, brought to Town and lodged
in Cellars for sale, as follow : — By residing Burgesses, 8d the Chal-
der ; by non-residing Burgesses, Is the Chalder; and by all other
persons, ls4d the Chalder. And for Farmers' Bolls, brought into
Town and lodged for sale, 3d the Boll by persons of all descriptions.
5. Oats, Pease, Beans, and all other raw or unmanufactured
Grain (excepting Bear, Wheat, and Rye), each Boll, 2d; each
cwt. of Split Pease and Hulled Barley, 2d.
Bark.
6. Each Boll of Bark, by Land or Fresh Water Carriage, 2_d ;
and all Bark coming by Sea, for each Chalder, 5 d.
Fruit.
7. Each Peck of Apples or Pears, coming by Land or Fresh
Water Carriage, ^d.
8. Each Peck of Berries or Bush Fruit, of every kind, ^d.
Muscles and Cockles.
9. Each Peck of Cockles or Muscles, Jd.
