FAIRS AND MARKETS.— Stobb's Fair, for Cattle, Sheep, a:
Horses, is held on the first Tuesday after the 11th of July.
Dundee First Fair, for Cattle and Horses, is held on 26th August, if tl
day fall upon a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday; but if on otl
days, then the first Tuesday thereafter. Sheep market on the previous day.
Dundee Latter Fair, for Cattle and Horses, is held on 19th Septembei
the same rule applying as with the First Fair.
Bell's Fair. — Feeing Market is held on the first Friday of October.
N.B. — These Markets are held at the Fairmuir, Strathmartine road.
" Flit- Fridays," or the Term Feeing Markets, are held on 26th May a
22d November, if these dates fall on a Tuesday or Friday, failing which on 1
first Tuesday or Friday thereafter.
A Weekly Cattle and Sheep Market is held every Tuesday forenot
at the New Cattle Market, Carolina port.
Market Days— Tuesday and Friday.
