The Idfe Business of the Company is divided into Two Distinct
Branches.
I. — The Non-Participating Branch, the Assured in which
receive no addition to their Policies.
II.— The Participating Branch, in which the whole of the
Surplus, as ascertained at each valuation, belongs to the Policy-
holders. Insurers thus obtain the advantages of a Mutual Society.
The last Bonus declared was £1 lis per Cent, per annum.
MODERATE PREMIUMS.
LIBERAL CONDITIONS.
Copies of the Company's NEW PROSPECTUS and Proposal
Forms may he had on application at any of the
Company'' s Offices or Agencies.
