XX OFFICIAL INFORMATION.
THE DONALD FRASER BEQUEST.— This is a be-
quest of the late Donald Fraser, M.D., Fairfax Road,
Hampstead, Middlesex, the whole free revenue of which
is to be applied by the Trustees for the benefit of the
blind in the County of Inverness, and primarily for the
education in industrial pursuits of young blind persons,
with the view of enabling them to earn their own liveli-
hood. The property and funds of the Bequest are
vested in a body of Trustees, consisting of — The Con-
vener of the County, the Provost of Inverness, the
Sheriff-Substitute resident at Inverness, and two other
persons nominated by the ex officio Trustees, and who
are at present the Rev. Norman Macleod, D.D.,
Ravenswood. Clerk and Treasurer, Mr Duncan Shaw,
W.S.

Secretary, James Walker ; Treasurer, W. R. Elliot ;
Matron, Miss Macrae ; School Teacher, Miss Strachan ;
