PLUMBERS, BRASS FOUNDERS, GAS-
FITTERS, &c. &c,
15 Reform Street.
• Manufactoiy, 146 Overgate and Albert Court, Nethergate,
OUTHERLAND & MURDOCH, in returning thanks to
^ their numerous Friends and the Public for the large additional
share of Patronage they have received since they opened their
new Shop, Reform Street, beg respectfully to intimate that their
present Stock consists of a large and choice Assortment of PA-
TENT GAS LUSTRES, PENDANTS, BRACKETS, GAS FIT-
TINGS, PATENT GAS BURNERS, and some very beautiful
CAMPHINE LAMPS, with every other article in the line.
S. & M., in recommending Messrs LAIDLAW & SON'S PA-
TENT SPRING GAS LUSTRES, which have given so much
satisfaction, and are so generally admired — being less liable to go
wrong than the water joint, requiring no water or balance weights
— beg to state, that they still continue to have the sole right of
making these Lamps for this place and neighbourhood by License
from the Patentees^
S. & M. take this opportunity of strongly recommending the
New Patent Gas Burner, in imitation of the Bude Light, which for
brilliancy and strength of light is greatly superior to any that have
come under their notice, an inspection of which, at their Premises,
is respectfully solicited.
Dundee, May 1846.
TAY COFFEEHOUSE,
76 MURRAYGATE,
Opposite the Dog Well,
DUNDEE.
THIS House affords a clean, quiet, comfortable resort, at a
mere trifle of expense. For ONE PENNY an individual
may enjoy a comfortable CUP of COFFEE, and read a good as-
sortment of Newspapers and Periodicals, with which the House is
regularly supplied.
The Proprietors are anxious that their House may be made as
attractive as possible, that comfort and rational recreation may be
enjoyed at the least possible expense.
