ABERDEEN EDUCATIONAL TRUST.
THE (jovernors award the following Bursaries yearly after Competitive Examinations
held in June.
1. Two Bursaries, each of the yearly value of £20, tenable for two years at
Grammar School. Open to pupils attending the Grammar School.
2. Three Bursaries, each of the yearly value of £20, tenable for five years
at Grammar School. Open to the pupils attending Public or State-aided Schools within
the Municipal Boundary', not under eleven nor abo'.e fourteen years of age.
3. Four Bursaries, each of the yearly value of' £"10, Five of £8, and
Ten of £5, tenable for two years at Public or State-aided Schools. Open to Boys and
Girls who have passed Standard V. but not Standard VI. of Scotch Code.
4. Evenings Class Scholarships. Thirty Scholarships of £i los. each
will be awarded among Boys and Girls who have left School, and who desire to attend
Evening Classes. Competition held in September.
5. Competitions for Free Scholarships (payment of Fees, where chargeable, Books,
and Stationery) are held in January and June, and are tenable for two years at Public or
State-aided Schools. Open to Boys and Girls who have passed Standard V.
6. Applications are received for Payment of Books and Stationery of children who
ha\e not passed Standard V. These are admitted without competition.

9. For Certificates of Efficiency for Domestic Servants.
10. For Cooks wishing to train for High Class Diploma.
11. For girls engaged during the day in Public Works and Shops.
12. Day Classes for School Children (Art. 22 of Scotch Code).
13. For Free Day Scholars.

The Diplomas and Certificates in Cookery and Laundry Work are recognised by
the Scotch Education Department.
Copies of Prospectus, with all information regarding the Bursaries and the Classes
conducted in the School of Domestic Economy may be had on application.
