The Fire Premiums for the year, after deducting Re-insurances, were £2T0,367
The Fire Losses, 151,159
The Life Income, 57,609
The Life Losses, 18,399
The lAcome of the Proprietors' and Reserve Funds for the year amounted
to £75, 331, out of which the Directors have already declared a Dividend of
17 5 per cent, per annum.

Life and Fire Tnsitrance Business transacted both at Home and Abroad on
liberal terms.
