MAILS FOR THE ISLE OF MAN AND THE CHANNEL ISLANDS.
Mails to and from the Isle of Man are conveyed by Steamers between Liverpool and Douglas daih
(Sundays excepted). There is also a communication weekly between Liverpool and Ramsay. There is
daily communication (Sunday excepted) with Jersey and Guernsey. Alderney and Sark are served fron
Guernsey, and letters, &c, are forwarded to them, on an average, five times in a fortnight.
The Scilly Islands Mails are conveyed by steamer to and from Penzance twice a week — viz., from Ten
zance to Scilly on Wednesdays and Saturdays, soon after the arrival of the Night Mail from London ; and
from Scilly to Penzance on Mondays and Thursdays in connection with the Night Mail to London.
