'"I^HIS Company offers to the Public the security of an ample paid up Capital, and Accnmulated Innd
i of ONE MILLION AND A HALF STERLING, with an ANNUAL REVENUE of marly
£200,000 from the life branch alone. Four-fifths, or 80 per cent., of the Profits are appropriated, eyery
tifth year, to the holders of Policies of £100 and upwards.
The share of profits allotted to each Policy may be added to the sum insured and payable at thii death
the Life — or its present value in cash may be received — or an equivalent reduction of the future Annual
Premium obtained — at the option of the Assured.
Assurances without participation in the Profits can be effected at reduced rates of Premium.
Persons of unsound health, whose lives are not insurable at the ordinary Tabular Premiums, may be insured i
"it Special Rates, equitably adjusted in each case.
Amount paid for Life Claims since the Office was established, about £3,750,000.
LOANS.
Advances are made on Policies which have been in force for three years and are of adequate value ; alsc
upon approved personal security in connection with Life Assurance.
VOLUNTEER CORPS.
Persons insured with this Company are at liberty to serve in any Volunteer Corps, within the Unitej "
Kingdom, without prejudice to their Policies.
"DAYS OF GRACE."
By the condition of the Company's Policies, invariably acted upon for upwards of Sixty Yews, the perioiiF
for Payment of Premiums is not only extended to the " days of grace," without forfeiture of the Policiee
but the sums insured are recoverable, the same as if the claim had arisen at any time previously.
