j_ Principle (which had been eminently successful in Life and Marine) to Fire
Insurance ; it being evidently the most equitable system, as all the profits are divided
amongst the Insured who are directly interested in them, and not paid as Dividends
to Shareholders, as in the case of Proprietary Offices.
