LIFE ASSTJEANCE SOCIETY,
Besides being conducted upon purely Mutual principles, offers
advantages unsurpassed by those of any other Life Assurance
Institution.

A Membership of over Thirty-two Thousand persons, including very many of the
most able men of business in the country, all interested in the success of the
Society.
An Accumulated Assurance Fund of

being the largest Life Assurance Fund in the Kingdom.

The total Sum Assured by the Society since its foundation in 1815, including the

This was the Largest Distribdtion of Profit made by any Life Office during
the period. It yielded Bonuses from £1 14s. to over £3 17s. per cent, per annum
on the Original Sums Assured, according to the duration of the Policies.
"Paid-up Policies," free of all future premhmis, are granted for discontinutd
Assurances.

BONUS YEAR 1887.
The Profits earned during the Seven Years, 1881 to 1887, will be divided among
the Members as at 31st December, 1887. All Policies on the Participating Scale
effected on or before that date will share in the Division.
Application for such Policies should now be made.
