BESIDES THE FOREGOING
The Queen offers the ordinary security arising out of its Life Accumulation Fund, which,
at the date mentioned, amounted to ^195,527,- being 67 '05 per cent, of the Entire
Net Premiums received on every Policy then in existence, and which, after
making ample reserves on a 3 per cent, pure premium valuation; showed a clear divisible
surplus or profit for the quinquennium of over ,£30,000.
IN ADDITION IT POSSESSED
A General Reserve amounting to _£i 30,000, being considerably more than sufficient to
provide for all running fire risks.
IT WILL THUS BE SEEN THAT IN POINT OF SECURITY
QUEEN" POLICIES ARE UNSURPASSED.
THE COMPANY HAS PAID IN SATISFACTION OF CLAIMS, £1,348,314.
Total Reversionary Bonuses allotted to Polices of

FIRE DEPARTMENT.
Insurances against Fire may be effected with the Queen Insurance Company
on nearly every description of Property, both at Home and Abroad. The rates of
Premium are moderate, varying according to the nature of the Risks.
Mercantile Insurances of every description undertaken at the usual rates.
Gas ExpVssion and Lightning.— Losses by Explosion of Gas, and by Fire
arising from Lightning, made good.
Transfer of Policies to the Queen may be effected without expense or trouble
to the Assumed.
Losses promptly and liberally settled.
Prospectuses and every information may be obtained on application to any of the Company's
Agents, or to the
