FIRE DEPARTMENT.
This Company issues Policies upon every description of Property, including Mills and Special Risks,
upon the most favourable terms.
Policies transferred from other Offices free of expense.
The Renewal Receipts of Fire Policies can be made to fall due at either the Scotch or English Terms,
LIFE DEPARTMENT.
In this branch of business this Company offers peculiar advantages, combining all the improvements in
the mode of Insurance which experience has proved to be desirable, with the security arising from a large
subscribed capital and an established business, and likewise the benefit the Life Policy holders derive from
the profits accruing from the Fire Department.
Life Insurances are effected in all its branches, both at home and abroad, at the most moderate rates
e^nsistent with security to the assured, comprising
Whole life and short term policies.
Insurances for adults, payable at a stated age, or convertible into annuities.
Endowments for children, payable at any period between the ages of 14 and 21.
Decueasing or increasing scales of prkmiubis.
