2. From St. Enoch square to Buchanan street,
top; High Scliool; City Hall; St. Andrew's square,
west end; Hutclieson bridge; Portland street, to
No. 120; Windinillcroft, east end; Sauchiehall road,
at Wellington street ; South- Western and Greenock
Railway.
3. From North street to Windsor terrace, east
end ; Normal Scliool ; Sauchiehall road, near Wel-
lington street ; Cranston hill ; Sandyford toll ; Kel-
vingrove gate; Anderston, Gushet-house; St. Vin-
cent street, at Campbell street.
4. From Cross to Gordon street, east end ; Royal

Fdblic Stands.
The following places are hereby appointed Public
Stands : —
1. George's square (excepting the west side,
where no carriage will be allowed to
stand), including the Station of the
Edinburgh Railway, St. Vincent place,
and Royal Exchange.
2. St. Enoch square.
3. The top of North street, near Woodside
crescent.
4. The Cross, including London street
5. Broomielaw, Upper Wiiarf.
C. Commerce street.
The numl)er of Carriages at each of the Stands,
or Divisions of Stands, and the spaces to be occu-
pied, shall be fixed i'rom time to time as may be
found necessary.
When a party not exceeding two grown-up per-
sons, and without any luggage other than a carpet
bag, or the like, enters a Carriage at a Stand (not
being one of the Railway Stations), or when driving
along disengaged, they siiall be diiven half a mile
for Sixpence, and if they return, they shall pay
another Sixpence.
RAILWAYS.
EDiN'nuiiGii and Glasgow Railway, Qukuh
Stukkt. — The trains start for Edinburgh and inter-
mediate stations at 7.0, 10.30 a.m., 12.30, 2.30,
4.15, 5.30, 8.0 p.m., and to Campsio and interme-
diate stations at 10.10 a.m., 4.45, 7. -80 p.m.
Scottish Central Railway. — Trains in con-
nection with this Railway for Stirling, Perth, Aber-
deen, and intermediate Stations, leave the Queen
Street Station at G.45, 8.20 a.m., 12.15,4.15, 0.15,
y.-io p.m.
Glasgow and South - Western Railw.vy,
New Bridge Street. — Trains leave for Kilmar-
nock, Dumfries, Carlisle, London, &c., at 7.0, 10.30
a.m., 1.30, 2.30, 4.30, 6.30 p m., and for Ayr and
intermediate Stations at 7.0, 10.30 a.m., 1.30, 4.30,
G.30 p.m.

RARY Station, Gusiiet Faulds, near Old Gor- i
bals Toll. — Trains leave for Barrhead and inter-
mediate Stations at 8.15, 10.0 a.m., 12 noon, 2.0,

Glasgow, Paisley, and Greenock Railway,
New Bridge Street. — Trains leave for Greenock
and intermediate Stations at 8.0, 9.0, 11,0 a.m.,
1.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, G.O, 7.0, 7. 15 p.m.
Caledonian Railway. — The trains start from
the Buchanan Street Station, for Edinburgh and
intermediate Stations, at 6.20, 10.15 a. m , 3.0, 4 30
p.m. ; to Carlisle and intermediate Stations at G.20,
8.55 a.m., 4.0, 4.30, 8.12 p.m.; and on Sundays
twice, 4.0 a.m., 8.12 p.m. And from the South
side, for Hamilton and intermediate Stations, at 8.0,
9.0, 11.0 a.m., 1.0, 4.0, 5.0, 7.0 p.m.
Glasgow and Paisley Joint Railway. —
Trains leave for Paisley at 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.30, 11.0
