A single rate of Postage is given for each country under ^ oz.; to and
through France, under g- oz. The dates m.entioned are those on which
letters should be posted in Glasgow, if any of the dates for the London
or Southampton 23ackets faU on a Friday, the mails are made up on the
previous Thursday, as no foreign or other lettei's are forwarded to London
