Delivery of Letters.
(The Office opens at 7 a. lu. and shuts at 10 p. m.)
FIRST DELIVERY— Comprising London, Falmouth, Bristol,
Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Hamilton, Lockerby, Moffat,
Carlisle, Dumbarton, West Highlands, Ireland, Ayrshire, Paisley, Port-
Glasgow, Greenock, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Linlithgow, Denny, Stirling,
Dundee, Perth, and North of Scotland, commences about 9 a. m.
SECOND DELIVERY— Comprising Paisley and Penny Letters,
commences about 11-43 a. m.
THIRD DELIVERY— Comprising Liverpool, Manchester, Lan-
caster, Boroughbridge, Wetherby, Carlisle, Dumfries, Bothwell, &c.
commences about 2-43 p. m.
FOURTH DELIVERY— Comprising Edinburgh, Kirkcaldy, Mid-
Calder, Whitburn, Holytovvn, Airdrie, Kilmarnock, Ayr, Stewarton,
Paisley, Port- Glasgow, and Greenock, commences about 3-13 p. m.
Delivery on Sundays, (to persons who call at the office only,) from 8
to 10-43 a. m. from 1-13 to 1- 43 p. m. and from 3-45 till 6 p. m.
Dispatch of Mails.
The following are the Hours at which the Letter-box of this Office is
closed for making up the several Mails, and the Hour at which each Mail
