NEW ADAPTATION OF THE BONUS SYSTEM.
SEVEN YEARS' HALE CREDIT ASSURANCE
BY the following new and peculiarly advantageous plan of Assurance, based upon the system of an ANNUAL
DIVISION OF PROFITS, first adopted by the CITY OF GLASGOW LIFE ASSURANCE COM-
PANY, the assured are allowed Credit for Seven Years, for one-half of the Premium exigible at entry, and at
the end of the Seven Years are enabled to keep up the Policy at a very moderate and annually decreasing rate
of Premium, whilst the sum in the Policy on the expiry of the term of credit is payable at death, free of all
debt or claim, upon it by the Company.
EXTKACT FEOM TABLE,
Showing the Annual payments, including interest on arrears of Premiums, required during the first seven years
for an assurance of £500, with right to profits; assuming that the company's rate of Bonus shall continue
to be as hitherto, One and a Half per cent, per annum ; the Table being constructed on the principle that at
the end of the first seven years the cash value of bonus additions then accrued is applied towards extinction
of the unpaid Premiums then due.
