POST-OFFICE REGULATIONS.
TOWN DELIVERY.
Delivery is made at the same hours to merchants
having private boxes, and to strangers who have
their correspondence addressed to the Post-Office.
Sundaj' delivery (at the Post-Office only), from
10 to 10-30 a.m.
The Deliveries will include letters from places
indicated below.
1st Delivery. — London, Bristol, Liverpool, Man-
chester, Carlisle, Stirling, Alloa, Perth, Dundee,
Aberdeen, and Road bags, Greenock, Port-
Glasgow, Paisley, Kirkintilloch, Edinburgh,
Dumbarton, Inverary, Lochgilphead, Fort-
William, Kilmarnock, Ayr, Mauchline, Local
letters, at 6-30 a.m.
2nd Delivery. — London, Liverpool, Manchester,
and England generally, Edinburgh, Falkirk,
Linlithgow, Local letters, at 9-30 a.m.
3rd Delivery. — Greenock, Paisley, Port-Glasgow,
Dunoon, Rothesay, Dumbarton, Alexandria,
Barrhead, Neilston, Thornliebank, Pollokshaws,
Ayrshire, Local posts, Airdrie, Coatbridge,
Local letters, at 1 p.m.
4th Delivery. — Edinburgh, Falkirk, Linlithgow,
Grangemouth, Fifeshire, South-East of Scot-
land, and North-East of England, Greenock,
Port-Glasgow, Paisley, Local letters, till 2-30
p.m.
5th Delivery. — Edinburgh, Falldrk, Linlithgow,
Dennj', Aberdeeen, Perth, Inverness, Dundee,
Stirling, and North of Scotland, Eaglesham,
Busby, Cathcart, and other country parts,
Greenopk, Port-Glasgow, Paisley, Hamilton,
Blantyre, Local letters, till 5-45 p.m.
1st Collection,
8-45 A.M.

Collections are made at the Royal Exchange at
9-30, 10, 11-15, a.m., 12-15, 12-45, 2, 3, 3-30, 5,
5-30, 6, 7-5, 9-45, p.m. ; and at all the Railway
Stations at 8-45 a.m., 12 noon, 2-15, 6-20, and 9-30
p.m.
Letters for the following places will be in time for
the first despatch, from the General Office after each
respective collection : —

2nd, For Town, Edinburgh, Greenock, Paisley,

As the sj-stem of paying Inland Letters has been
done away with, the Public must use Postage
Stamps.
