THIS COMPANY (which has carried on the business of Life Assurance for
upwards of twenty-Jive years with great success) combines, in the most beneficial
way for the Assured, all the advantages of the different systems on which Life Offices
have generally been formed.
The Participation Plan of the Company, from the large proportion (Four-Fifths)
of the profits allocated to the assured, presents the best and surest Investment to all
those desirous of accumulating beneficially for a family provision; and the equitable
principles on which the Division of Profits is made, confers the highest benefits on
all first-class Lives.
The Non-Participation Plan, in all cases of Loans or other money transactions
where an Assurance is necessary or advisable, enables a party to obtain the security
of a Life Policy of the most undoubted description, on terms extremely moderate.
Prospectuses, containing all the various modes by which Insurances may be ef-
fected, and every information obtained, at the Head Office, or the various Agencies
of the Company.
