The Debenture Coupons are payable half-yearly (2nd January and 2nd July) by
the National Bank of Scotland Limited, London, by whom also the principal sums are
repaid at maturity. Interest runs from date of payment to the Company's Agents.
Borrowing power limited to Uncalled Capital.
Further particulars, and copies of the last Report and List of Shareholders of
the Company, may be had free on applying to

General Agents of the Company.
