mHE NATIONAL GUARANTEE AND SURETYSHIP ASSOCIATION provides
J- Security for the Intromissions and Fidelity of Persons in Situations of Trust and
Responsibility.
THE DESCRIPTION OF RISKS which the Association is prepared to undertake
inchides, amongst others, the following : —
Officers of the principal Government Departments ; Managers, Secretaries, Agent.'^,
Tellers, and Clerks of Banks, Insurance Companies, Railways, and other Public
Institutions ; Factore, Trustees, Collectors, Receivers, and others entrusted with
the management of Property and collection of Rents, Taxes, etc. ; Commercial and
Professional Clerks, Book-keepers, etc. ; and Travellers and Agents for Commercial
Houses.
The number of Bonds already issued is upwards of TEN THOUSAND.
BONDS IN RELIEF of Private Sureties are granted in Judicial and other cases
iwhere the Guarantee of a Public Company is not accepted.
THE PREMIUMS are moderate, and vary according to the nature of the employment
ud the duties to be performed. A CASH BONUS TO POLICY-HOLDERS for 1876-77, payable
ly way of deduction from the Premiums, was declared at the following rates: — On Policies
f 3 years' standing, 15 per cent. ; 5 years', 20 per cent. ; 7 years', 25 per cent. ; 9 years'.
30 per cent. ; and 12 years' and upwards, 40 per cent.
GUARANTEES FOR THE WHOLE STAFF of Employes of Railway and other
Companies are undertaken on favourable terms, and, if arranged, at a uniform rat-e of
[Premium.
Forms of Froposal and all infonnatioii may be obtained at the Head Office or Agencies.
