THE GUARANTEE ASSOCIATION OF SCOTLAND (Limited) is established for the
purpose of Guaranteeing the Fidelity or Honesty of Persons holding, or about to be
appointed to, situations of responsibility and trust, when security is required for their
intromissions.
The Association transacts Fidelity Guarantee Business only, and is unconnected with
risks of any other description.
THE RATES OF PREMIUM vary according to the nature of the employment and the
duties to be performed ; but great care has been taken to classify the different descriptions
of risks, so that the Association is enabled to undertake the best at the lowest possible
charge.
THE POLICIES issued by this Association are simple in form and free from unnecessary
conditions or restrictions, and have been drawn up with a view to form a complete security
to the Employer. The Association also grants Bonds in Relief of Private Sureties.
THE POLICY FOR POOR LAW OFFICIALS has been approved under the Seal of
the Local Government Board, London.
Forms of Proposal and every information may be obtained at the Head Office,
or at any of the Agencies.
