which amounts to £400,000, and the whole Assets of the Company. The Debenture Bonds are accom-
panied by Interest Warrants, payable half-yearly, on 15th May and 11th November, and can be cashed,
free of expense, at any Bank. The Company's borrowing powers are limited to the amount of Uncalled
Capital.
