n^HE Directors have from the commencement adopted the plan of yearly ascertaining the value of the
Society's Assets and Liabilities. The res2ilt has been furnished to the Members in detail, so that any
person competent to judge of such matters has been able to comprehend readily the financial position of the
Society. The invested Assets have been vouched for by those responsible for the correctness of their statements.,
and proofs of the various items have been furnished to the Auditors.
The Society's Profits belong exclusively to the Assured, and are divided every five years.
The Society's Policies are virtually Indisputable. No Policy will be voided by unintentional mis-
statement in the proposal and declaration.
Undoubted Security is afforded by an accumulated Premium Fund in excess of the Society's require-
ments. Copies of the last Annual Report., Detailed Statement., and Prospectus may be had on applicaticm.
