The Lowest rate of Premitim on the Mutual System.
The Whole of the Profits divided among the Assured every Fifth Year.
The sum of L.274,000 was added to the Policies at the last Division, which produced an ave-
rage Bonus of L.624 per Cent on the Premiums paid.
Number of Policies in force on the 1st January 1852 — 5950.
The Assurance Fund amounts to £1,144,000. Income, £194,000 per Annum.
Loans granted on such Policies as are purchasable by the Society.

AMONG theADVANTAGES offered by tlie COMPANY, the following may be enume-
rated as peculiarly worthy of the attention of the Public : —
1. A GUARANTEED RETURN at any time, for the surrender of existing Whole Term Policies,
effected by even rates, oi forty per cent of the amount of ordinary Premiums received. '
2. A person desirous of surrendering his Policy may receive, instead of a Payment in Cash, a
New Policy for an equivalent sum, not subject to further payment of Premium.
.3. Deferred Assurances granted, with permission to proceed to any part of the world.
This Flan originated with, and is peculiar to, this Company.
The Rates of Premium, as compared with the Bonuses declared, will be found to be very mode-
