street, and the intermediate space of Queen's street.
Hill street, and both sides oi George's street.

Castle street, includes the east side of south Char-
lotie street, and the intervening space of Prince'
.street, Rose street, and south side of George*
street.
57. Alexander Ainslie begins at the west side of
north Castle street, includes the east side of north
Charlotte street, and the intermediate space of
Queen's street and north side of George's street.
58. Robert Renton, begins at south Charlotte street,
includes north Charlotte street, west side, Charlotte
square, and all the extended Royalty to the west-
ward.
59. George Winton, includeg Shakspear square, and
goes down the right hand side of Leith walk to and
including Baxter's buildings.
60. Robert Smith, begins at the west end of Leith
Terrace, includes that street high and low, with
Broughton, down to the Toll-bar.
Canongate.
1. Thomas Bours, begins at the fgot of Leith wynd,
ends at the head of it.
2. Henry Wilson, begins at the head of Leith wynd,
ends at Morocco's close.
3. Thomas TurnbuU, begins at Morocco's close, goes
down Young's street, to the back of the Canongate,
up the east side, and ends at Shoemakers close.
