The PERMANENT STABILITY of the INSTITUTION, with the
UTMOST ADVANTAGE and PROTECTION to POLICY-HOLDERS,
has been the Constant Aim ot the Directors.
LIBERAL and almost FREE CONDITIONS OF POLICIES.
The NON-FORFEITURE PREMIUM SYSTEM.
PROFITS appHed for the PERSONAL BENEFIT of the POLICY-HOLDER
in LARGELY REDUCING PRESENT OUTLAY;
or in ACCUMULATED BONUSES, available as Provision for OLD AGE.
IN CLASS A. the PROFITS are allocated in yearly Cash Bonuses applied in payment of
the Annual Premiums. The Policy-holder's outlay is thus largely reduced after the sixth pay-
ment. Until the time of participation in Bonuses, three-fourths only of the full Premiums need
be paid, thus : —
IN CLASS B. the PROFITS are allocated every five years in the form of Additions to
the Sums Assured. They are not frittered away in the usual comparatively small Bonuses to all
the Assured, whether dying early or late, but are reserved for those who do not die before the;'
average period. The Bonuses are thus much larger than usual ; and they may be exchanged
at the average period of life for a Cash Payment or a Life Annuity to the Policy-holder himself
—the Sum Assured remaining intact.
Examples — POLICIES OF £1000.
Assuming that the Bonus Additions will be 4 per cent, per annum.
