Edinburgh Life Assurance Company— Continued.
nriHE following are the advantages given by tliis Company :—
Moderate Rates of Premium, either Yearly, Half-yearly, or Quarterly.
Nine-tenths of the whole Profits divided among the Assured, without incurring any liability.
Security.— The guarantee of a responsible body of Proprietors, in addition to Large Accumu-
lated and Invested Funds, affords the most undoubted security to all classes of Assurers.
The following are a few examples of Bonus Additions on some of the Company's Pollciei
(according to age and endurance) under Five Declarations of Profits to 31st August 1863 ; —
A more extended Table of Bonus Additions, all exceeding One Hundred per Cent, of the sum
originally insured, is given in the Company's Prospectus.
Liberal Resolutions as to Policy Conditions give to the Assured every facility consistent with
eound principles of business.
Parties requiring Insurance at the lowest immediate outlay can effect such object by a scale of
Non-participating Insurance equally moderate and more advantageous than the usual Half- Credit
System. For Terms, see Prospectus.
Thirty days allowed for payment of Premiums, after they become due, and in the event of the
party dying, payment within the thirty days, by the representatives, is held sufficient for preserving
the Policy.
Policies in this Office no way affected by the Assured serving in Volunteer Corps.
Prospectuses and Printed Forms of the Proposal and Declaration for effecting an Insurance^
may be had, gratis, at the Head Office, or from any of the Company^s Agents.
No Entrance Money, nor any charge beyond the payment of the Premium, in effecting a
Policy.
Very moderate Rates, without Participation, equivalent on Young Lives to an immediate
Bonus of considerable amount.
Claims paid three months after proof.
