Certain privates and non-commissioned officers have de¬
serted from Brig. Rosses regiment of dragoons in Flanders
and are in hiding. A free pardon to all who surrender to
Col. Owen Wynne, or Mr. James Southwell, at Mr. Fownes's
warehouse, Cork Hill, before 10 February, or to any of
their officers. Any deserters re-enlisted are to be handed
over. Those who do not surrender will be punished.
[Follows] A list of 76 deserters with their place of
abode.

Many French prisoners of war have escaped from Kinsale,
and have been concealed by certain of Her Majesty's subjects,
which is high treason. All subjects are to aid in their
capture. Any who conceal or aid them are to be committed
to gaol for high treason without bail.
