barley, rye, beare, oats, pease, pulse, meslin, or any meal
is forbidden till Michaelmas. Farmers and corn masters to
supply the market. Mayors, &c., to search for engrossers
and forestallers and hoarders of corn.

export of corn till Michaelmas. The price of corn being
still high, no wheat, barley, rye, oats, bare, pease, beans,
meslin, mault, or meal is to be exported before Easter. The
market is to be properly supplied. Engrossers, forestallers,
and regraters to be punished.
