with the fecrets of malbnry, be able to unfold the
myfteries of godlinefs and Chriftianity.

of Jefus Chrijt,-omr Lord and Saviour. Amen.
A PRAYER.
THat the great Architefr of the univerfe, the
all-knowing, almighty, and eternal God,
who hath made us mafons, would, through his
grace and mercy to mankind,' pardon and forgive
our enemies, and bring them to a fenfe of their
errours, and take from them thole fatal prejudices
with which they bar their breafts againft the force
of truth, and fortify themfelves in darknefs, ig¬
norance, and falfehood, to the end that the work¬
ers in the great work, in whatlbever part of the
earth they may be fcattered, may not only magnify
thy great and glorious name, O Jehovah, but may
be laved from all troubles and perfecutions; that
the glorious ftrudfure may arrive at the height of
heavenly perfection.
