3. A turning unto God. For where there is true
Repentance, there is not o«iy a turning from fin^
! butlikewife a turning unto God; whereby I mean'
a fincere Endeavour to ferve and pleafeGod in
Newnefs of Life, and better Obedience. Hath
then the fenfe and fmart of thy former Wander¬
ings made theeearneftly to with, that thounrg!>
teft pleafe God better for the Time to come ?
Make much of fuch A flections in thy Soul, for it
is a good fign of fome Change there.
fy. A ~F*urth Grace nicef only required of every
Commuuicant before he prefume tt come tt the Lord'*
Table, is Love. Yea, a twofold Love it required
1 of every worthy CoHi*unicanf, viz.
1. A Love of God and of Chriji. 2. A Love of j
[ his Neighbour/. Both which are infepar^bly knit j
together. Yet for a more diftinft Handling of J
