Ghluais GoU mar chrom ofaig on aird,
Gun ghlan e faoighin as
Bha Sauran mar cliaoir fasaich tl.all,
Am fraoch fuaimar Gorm-mheall bras,
Ach cia mur chuiram lios le fonn,
. Bàs trom na n fleagh bha ann ?
Bu fcrathoil llri bha fan bhlàr,
Bu laffach ard mo lann.
Bu fcrathoil Ofgar mo mhac fein,
Thar each bu treubhach maith !
Bha fòlas balbh am bhroilleach ihuasi
