A gabhail grain 'us fuath do d' plieac,
Le creideamh fior tlioir ùiiihlachd Dhà,
An' nil' àitheanta naomh a reachd.
Gabh Ris 'na oiiigibh gu leir,
'S ri h-aon diu na cuir fein do cliul ;
Mar Fhcàidh, mar Shagart' 'us mar Righ,
Chum slainte, didean agus iiil.
Biodh eisempleir am beachd do shul,
Chum d' uile ghluasad 'stiur' d'a rèh^,
'S gach meadhon dh' òrduich e chum slamt
Bi fern g'an gnathachadh gu leir.
As 'fhn^eantachd dean bun amhain.
'S na taic gu bràth ri d' thoilteanas fein :
'S ma 's aill leat eifeachd bhi 'na ghràs,
Na h-altrum peacadh daindi a'd' ehre.
Mar sin ged robh do chionta mòr,
Chum gloir do Tighearn' saorar thil,
'Us chum do shonais shiorruidh fein,
Air feadh o-ach re a seinn a chliii.

AIR bhith dhomhsa ann mo shuain
A' bruadar diomhain mar tha each,
