N
the jubilee season of the Scottish
Cricket Union the feature will be the
visit of the New Zealand tourists, who
will play Scotland in a one-day match at
Selkirk and another lasting three days
at Hamilton Crescent, Glasgow. It is
especially gratifying that they will be in
Scotland in July, when interest in cricket
is at its peak, and not as late as mid-
September, as has happened when the
Australians have been the visitors.
Owing to the heavy fixture list arising
from the New Zealanders' visit, Scotland
have no matches with Lancashire and
Warwickshire this season, but the
programme arranged provides no less
heavy a test for the players who will be
capped.

vided details for the compilation of this
