In the foregoing Table, Page 27. you fee that

or a Third, Sixth and Eighth; and when the Fifth
takes place , the Sixth mull be omitted , and fo
when the Sixth takes place , the Fifth is to be
omitted according to Mr. Morlefs Rule. Thcfe
other following Examples of mixing Concords in
Counterpoint, which if well obferved is the certain
Rule for Compofing Four Parts Counterpoint.
