■work entitled The iMird of Lome. IVIacIntyre died in Edinburgh in 1812, and was buried in Gre'yfriars Churchyard. The Bard and his poetry
was the subject of one of the lectures delivered by the lat« Principal Shairp, of St. Andrews, from the Chair of Foetry at Oxford, 1877 ; this
lecture is published in the work entitled Aspects of Poetry, published by the Clarendon Press, 1881.
