Ye fpak na, but gaed by like ftoure ;
Ye geek at me becaufe I'm poor,
But fient a hair care I.
O Tibbie, I hae, &C;
I doubt na, lafs, but ye may think,
Becaufe ye hae the name o' clink,
That ye can pleafe me at a wink,
When'er ye like to try,

But forrow tak him that's fae mean,
Altho' his pouch o' coin were clean,
Wha follows ony faucy quean
That looks fae proud and high.

If that he want the yellow dirt,

And anfwer him fu' dry.
