My drouket fark-fleeve, as ye ken.
His likenefs cam' up the houfe ftauking,
And the very grey breeks o' Tarn Glen.
Come counfel, dear Tittie, don't tarry;
I'll gi'e you my bonnie black hen,
Gif ye will advife me to marry.
