Watsonis bairin in James Makbrakis foirland that James Merschell was
present and held up the bairin confessing the same to be his to be baptist,
and William Cragy16 quha baptist the same, Jhon Rettray messinger, him self,
and his servant war present at the request of James Merschell and Katherein
Robertson mother to the said Margret, for sche prayit him to go and sie gif
it was possibill that the bairin micht be baptiest. The tyme quhan the bairin
