Mureisone to insure the wooll to be sent by them only with
convoy and not without convoy.
Orders Alexander Weir to wryt to David Maxwell that the
Manadgers will be out Saturday next in the foirnoon in order
to enquyre into the representatione againest John Reid and
William Grier, and that therfor said Mr. Maxwell have the
bailly and clerkes ready, as alsoe John, David and Patrick
Macks, Patrick Fortune, John Musgrave, Adam and William
Fletchers and William Gauld.
Orders to transmit James Ainslie’s petitione to the Manadgers
sent to David Maxwell that he may be ryp to ansuer the
Manadgers in the particulars therin mentioned.
Orders to wryt to Mr. William Frazer for snatches to be
sent doune per first. Jo. Cuningham.
