tym God send me my hale to mak your grace service as I
dyd of befor, and your gracious answer humlie besekis.

grace writting I past with glasinwrychtis 4 and sklaitaris

The letter is holograph.
2 The identity of the writer is not disclosed, and there is no indication
whether his prayer was granted. Letters of legitimation were issued to the son
of a certain Thomas Logan in Dairy, in the stewartry of Kirkcudbright.
