To Euphemia, consort of Robert, king of Scots. Indult that all
members of her household, while in her service, may choose a
confessor with faculties equal to those enjoyed by the minor
penitentiaries at the papal court.

To John Rollock, priest and canon of Bethlehem, o.s.A. More ample
dispensation, granted at the petition of queen Euphemia of Scotland,
to whom John is secretary and household chaplain, that having
previously been dispensed from defect of birth, being bom out of
wedlock to people related in the third and fourth degrees of con¬
sanguinity, that he might be ordained priest and accept a benefice,
even with cure; that he may now accept a second benefice with cure
and exchange it, if necessary, without making mention of his defect,
or dispensation, in future petitions.

a confessor of their own choice.

deacon of Dunkeld diocese, to the parish church of Adel, St Andrews
diocese, vacant because Cuthbert Femarial, former rector, having
obtained peaceful possession for more than a year, neglected to be
ordained priest within the prescribed limit of time. Bishop William
