along with the parish church of Sythwyk which is in lay patronage,
Glasgow diocese, with power of exchange outside the curia at the
hands of the ordinary for similar or dissimilar benefices; but within
two years he is to exchange one of these benefices for a compatible
benefice, otherwise at the end of the two years he is to demit one
of them.

To Alexander de Lawadre, archdeacon of Dunkeld, b.dec. Pro¬
vision of Alexander of noble birth, to the parish church of Rathow,
St Andrews diocese, value not exceeding £45 old sterling to a non¬
resident, to be vacant on the peaceful assecution of the former
rector, George de Hawden, to a canonry, prebend and the deanery
of Glasgow, or vacant in any way other than by the death of George;
notwithstanding that Alexander is known to hold the archdeaconry
of Dunkeld, which is a non-major dignity, a canonry and prebend
of Glasgow, and the perpetual vicarage of Old Roxburgh, Glasgow
diocese; and he is dispensed to hold the archdeaconry together with
the said parish church, but he is to demit the canonry and prebend
of Glasgow and the perpetual vicarage.1

Glasgow diocese, m.a. Provision of Christopher to a canonry and
the prebend of Moy, Moray diocese, value not exceeding 10 merks
sterling to a non-resident, to be vacant on the peaceful assecution
of William de Govan, perpetual vicar of the parish church of
Monkton, Glasgow diocese, papal familiar, to a canonry and pre¬
bend of Glasgow to which he was today provided, being held to
demit the said canonry and prebend of Moray, or vacant in any
