Memoriale of things to be carried out in Scotland by master Philip de
Medalia, canon of Barcelona, m.theol., on behalf of the pope.
After greeting the duke of Albany, Philip is to relate that after
negotiations with the king of Aragon at Morelia, Tortosa diocese,
ambassadors had been sent to Constance, where it had been agreed
that a meeting of Benedict, the king of Aragon and Sigismund, king
of the Romans, should be held at Nice the following June. He is to
request the presence of Scottish representatives at this meeting.

Memoriale of things to be carried out in Scotland by the bishop of
Moray on behalf of the pope. He is to report to the duke of Albany
the beginnings of negotiations with Sigismund, king of the Romans,
and that the pope is thinking of going to Sicily to try and effect
the union. The bishop is to report back to the pope about certain
heretical doctrines apparently found in Scotland, and also to report
concerning the suitability of the abbot of Crosraguel for promotion
to Paisley abbey, and finally to proclaim that Benedict has decided
to provide William Stephani to the bishopric of Orkney.
