diocese from any defect of birth to be promoted to all holy orders
and to hold one benefice with cure.

to Bartholomew Spareth, holding a perpetual benefice in the
collegiate church of St John in the town of Perpignan, Elne diocese.]

of Moray with reservation of a prebend, dignity, parsonage or
office, with or without cure provided it is not a major dignity.1

Lawedre, canon of Glasgow, b.dec., brother of William, bishop of
Glasgow, to a canonry, prebend and the archdeaconry of Dunkeld,
a non-elective reserved benefice with cure which is neither a dignity
or parsonage, value not exceeding -£40 old sterling to a non¬
resident, vacant by the death outside the curia of Alexander de
Lillisclef, late archdeacon, who had held also the parish church of
Caldercomite, St Andrews diocese, and on whose death Robert,
