To Walter de Peblis, perpetual vicar of the parish church of Castil-
caris, Glasgow diocese. Indult for Walter to collect the full fruits
of his parish church by himself or by a procurator without being
compelled to residence while studying letters at a university or
teaching in the grammar school of Peblis, to be valid for a period of
seven years.

To Roger de Carruthris, sub-deacon, Glasgow diocese. Indult abolish¬
ing all stain and inhability contracted by Roger in holding the parish
church of Lochmaban, Glasgow diocese, vacant by the death outside
the curia of Patrick Lawson, former rector, to which Roger had been
collated by ordinary authority by Mathew, bishop of Glasgow, and
on receiving its fruits for more than seven years without being raised
to priests orders and without a papal dispensation; but he is to demit
the said church.
