Muncton, Glasgow diocese, combined value not exceeding -£30 old
sterling to a non-resident, and that he has recently been provided to
another canonry and prebend of Glasgow which, however, on his
peaceful assecution to the above canonry and prebend, he is held to
demit otherwise he is to forfeit the right to both canonries and
prebends.1

Bernard Fortis, canon of Barcelona. Mandate to collate Robert
Storme, priest, Glasgow diocese, to the vicarage of the parish church
of the Blessed Mary ofjrlbyne, Glasgow diocese, value not exceeding
36 merks sterling to a non-resident, vacant at present although John
Clerici, priest, Glasgow diocese, had been peacefully provided to it
and had held it for more than a year without a dispensation of a
legitimate impediment. John is to be summoned and examined and
Robert collated to the church, notwithstanding that he claims rights
to the vicarage of the parish church of Dregarne, Glasgow diocese,
which, however, on his peaceful assecution to Jrlbyne he is held to
surrender.2

a non-resident, vacant by the death at the curia of the said Symon
de Mandavilla, late archdeacon, notwithstanding that William is
known to hold a canonry of Glasgow and the prebend of Renfrew
