priest, Glasgow diocese, to the perpetual vicarage of the parish
church of Kilbride, Glasgow diocese, value not exceeding £10 old
sterling to a non-resident, vacant by the free resignation at the curia
of John Bernard, former vicar, through his legitimately constituted
procurator master Peter Roger, clerk and papal scribe, Pisa diocese,
into the hands of master Guigo Flandini, papal notary and regent of
the chancery.

reference is made to the late Symon de Mandavilla, archdeacon of
Glasgow, papal auditor to whom the case had been sent originally
for settlement.]
