Bn. Royal Highlanders.
For devotion to duty and continuous good work during the past 24 months.
This Officer as a company commander has been of the greatest possible service
to the battalion. He has at all times displayed the greatest gallantry, sound
judgment, and devotion to duty, and is a most efficient and reliable Officer,
who could always be trusted to carry out any operations in the best possible
manner.
